Who is this program for?
The Invictus POSH Training of Trainers is designed for individuals who believe in their ability to make a difference.
This program is intended for those corporate trainers who want to engage with leading organizations, leading them towards the creation of an inclusive work environment for everyone.
Who can enroll for becoming a POSH trainer?
Anyone above the age of 18 years can apply for the program. The only requirement is that you are willing to learn and to teach. Corporate trainers, POSH trainers, Students, Business leaders, Freelancers, Lawyers all have benefited from Invictus courses.
Can I get a discount?
Yes, you can get an early bird discount if you register before June 30, 2021.
What if you are absent on the scheduled date?
We understand that sometimes people get stuck and can’t make it to the training. Don’t worry, we will offer you a one time free seat for the next program for no additional charge! We want you to achieve your goals and we are willing to go the extra mile with you.
How and when will you get certified?
Every aspiring trainer is evaluated on 3 criteria, i.e. presence, participation and performance.
1. Attendance on all days in necessary
2. Participation in discussions, polls etc is important
3. Passing the two step evaluation (POSH knowledge and coaching skills) is mandatory
Participants performing satisfactorily across parameters will be awarded their certificates.
What if you do not pass the course?
If you do not pass the course two step evaluation you may retake the evaluation on the dates that will communicated to you. You can reappear for evaluation a maximum of 2 times. If you still do not pass, we will refund 40% of your enrollment fee to you.
If you do not pass because of any other reason (except not passing the 2 step evaluation) then you will have to re-enroll and re-take the entire training program again.
